How the Program Works

PayoutOne, LLC (PO1) provides marketing and advertising services to home sellers nationwide. One of the services PO1 provides is called Homebuyer Development.

With Homebuyer Development, PO1 helps the seller's potential buyer to get better qualified to obtain home financing. We do this by helping the buyer to obtain grant funds, which can be used for various upfront challenges.

The financial assistance is unique:

The assistance provided by PO1 to the home buyer during Homebuyer Development is unique in that it can be used to help with the buyer's down payment, closing costs, debt reduction and payoff of liens and/or judgments, and is provided and funded PRE-CLOSE. In other words, the buyer receives the money into their own checking account prior to and outside of the mortgage escrow and closing, which enables the buyer to bring their own money to closing. (Note: Certain restrictions apply to debt payoffs).
